December at St. Giles
The 4 weeks before Christmas are a time of preparation. This season is called "Advent". As we prepare for the remembrance of Christ's birth at Christmas, we also wait for Christ's return on earth. All are welcome to join us in these special services:
* December 7 - Second Sunday of Advent - Communion/Eucharist
* December 14 - Third Sunday of Advent - Children's Angels
* December 21 - Fourth Sunday of Advent - Lessons & Carols
* December 24 - Christmas Eve - Candlelight & Communion (7pm)
St. Giles Presbyterian Church is a warm-hearted community of friends seeking the Lord’s heart through Bible study, authentic worship, and love. Located conveniently on the east side of Greenville, we welcome all people and delight in sharing our diverse activities, children’s programs, community projects and inspiring music. As we open ourselves to love that is beyond all understanding, we strive daily to act on the words from Micah 6:8 by doing justice, walking humbly, and loving kindness.
